WIN SYSTEMS was founded in 1990 by Syd Winlock thus the name WIN SYSTEMS. Syd had been the Executive Vice President for a national sporting goods retail company for 4 1/2 years. As Vice President, Syd controlled the operational issues of 40 stores nationwide including point of sale, inventory control and accounting. During that time Syd built his knowledge and experience in retail and business; from his time with an international bank corporation as a commercial loan officer; working overseas on foreign development projects; to owning his own retail store. This combined experience plus a personal interest in management information systems led him to create WIN SYSTEMS.

The goal of WIN SYSTEMS is to provide businesses with the means to manage their business with information, not manage the information. This objective has helped WIN SYSTEMS approach to each customer, new and old, focused on common sense advise and how to. This approach is time intensive yet flexible for the business environment. The end result is a productive system that provides meaningful information.
