Get to know the participants and open the floor to the following topics. -New Keystroke Features and products from SBS -Common Keystroke issues and problems -Review of specific features for attendees who have their data available.

Keystroke Configuration/Setup: How should Keystroke be configured and setup review of the Configuration Manager, its settings and implications. Sales Manager: How it can be setup by for 1 or many workstations: Features, Hot Keys, tricks and hidden features. Transaction Types: What are transaction types how/when can they best be used. Closeout: Review closeout its settings, what shows up in the closeout what does not. Hot Keys/QwikTouch: How to make work for the lowest common denominator, using hot keys, touch screen utilities. Accounts Receivable: How to complete an A/R transaction, how to pay off an A/R account and print statements. Breakout Session: Syd and Randy will host questions in groups about specific Sales Transaction features or questions.

What it means and where to go to run the correct report. Filters: what they mean and how they should work. 8 Reports: that must be run, what they are and how to run them. System Maintenance: What should be done on a regular basis to keep Keystroke running properly? Software Maintenance: What is software maintenance and why do I need it? (Can be purchased from your Keystroke Dealer or SBS directly). Backups: Do I need to backup, how often? What should I use?, how do I know my backup is working? Local backup utilities Online Backup services Error Messages: When I get an message in Keystroke what should I do? What is Packing, what does error 6,9, 51/52 mean? Review of some of the more common systems and error messages that you will encounter while using Keystroke and what are the best practices for handling them Breakout Session: Randy will start the session with a tale of what could have been done, should be done, and why you should do it.
